Village of Salado wastewater system informational meeting Wednesday, December 19, 2018

With the new Village of Salado wastewater system about to come online, the Village is holding an informational meeting on Wednesday, December 19, 2018 for the owners of properties that will be required to connect to the system. The meeting will begin at 6 p.m. at the Salado Municipal Building located at 301 N. Stagecoach Road in Salado, Texas.

The purpose of the meeting is to brief affected property owners on the latest available information regarding procedures for connecting to the wastewater system, procedures for the decommissioning of septic systems and projected customer costs. Time will be allotted for questions during the one (1) hour meeting.

In January 2019, a follow-up informational meeting will be held where more detailed information on the wastewater system will be presented on matters such as sewer rates and exactly when properties can start connecting to the system.
