Comprehensive Plan Public Hearings scheduled

Two (2) public hearings have been scheduled regarding proposed amendments to the Village of Salado Comprehensive Plan. The first hearing will be held on Tuesday, March 12th at 4 p.m. at the Municipal Building. After this public hearing, the Commission will forward a recommendation on the proposed amendments to the Board of Aldermen which will hold a public hearing on the proposed amendments on March 21st at 6:30 p.m. at the Municipal Building. A mark-up copy of the Comprehensive Plan showing the proposed text amendments can be found at the bottom of this page. Please note the maps, along with acreage and population references, in the Plan are currently being update and do not appear in the mark-up copy. The proposed amendments have been recommended by the Village's Comprehensive Plan Update Committee which wrapped up its work earlier this year.
