Sanctuary Development Agreement

The Salado Board of Aldermen has approved amendments to the Sanctuary Development Agreement.  The amendments reduce the term of the original development agreement and make the agreement more balanced  for the Salado taxpayer.  Click here to view the approved amendment along with the original development agreement.
